Terms & Conditions
At The Wells Wood Event Collection, we strive to make your event seamless and stress-free. Below is a summary of our rental policies to help you understand our process. A full rental agreement will be provided when you book.
Booking and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date.
Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash or check.
Rentals are first come, first served, so we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance.
Modifications & Cancellations
• Modifications: Changes to your order (adding/removing items) must be made at least 30 days before the event. Any changes after this period may be subject to availability and fees.
• Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the nature of event rentals, cancellations impact our ability to book other clients. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• 30+ Days Before Event: Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 15-29 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total rental fee.
• 14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund will be issued.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
By signing your rental agreement, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Damage & Liability
• A damage waiver is required for all rentals. Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• If an item is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.
• A credit card must be kept on file for potential damage fees.
Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery fee is dependent on miles driven & what is being rented.
• Setup and teardown are not included unless arranged separately and for an additional fee.
• Rentals must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
Weather & Outdoor Use
• Our rentals are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, but clients are responsible for protecting them from damage due to weather.
• If severe weather or rain is expected, please have a backup plan in place.
